About the port

This is well past a launcher. The ARM build reaches the native menu and campaign map with HUD and input working. The NPC test is being shaped around the early Black Mesa lobby and HEV-suit sequence; Studio fixes now load NPC textures and render models instead of the earlier texture artifacts. The latest v22 work adds a fixed-size frame-phase profiler and a matched A/B test package, with corrections to frame/batch pairing, render timing and logger-overhead measurement. Earlier device gameplay was around 2 FPS; that is an older build result, not a v22 benchmark. The available SD logs were stale, so the latest v22 performance gain remains unmeasured until a fresh device run.

Up next
Run the v22 candidates on the same Axim route and compare fresh frame-phase logs before claiming an FPS gain.

Build notes

Half-Life: up to v22

The campaign is running, with more work on NPCs, textures and frame timing. Next is trying both v22 builds over the same route on the Axim.
